2. Mystery Repack — Risk Disclosure
All Legion Repacks products are sold as mystery repacks. This means:

- Card values vary. There is no guarantee of receiving any specific card, player, or value.
- While we curate all repacks to ensure genuine hobby value, there is an inherent element of chance in all mystery product.
- By purchasing, you accept this uncertainty as part of the collecting experience.
- Repacks are not financial instruments. Past reveals are not indicative of future results.
3. All Sales Are Final
All purchases from Legion Repacks are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any basis, including but not limited to:
- Dissatisfaction with the cards received
- Receiving a lower-value card than expected
- Change of mind after purchase
- Duplication of cards already held in your collection
Exceptions are made only where required by applicable consumer protection law, or in the event of a verified fulfilment error on our part (e.g. wrong item shipped).
4. Authenticity & Card Sourcing
We source all cards exclusively from reputable hobby channels, authorised distributors, and verified hobby sellers. All cards are genuine trading cards from licensed manufacturers including, but not limited to, Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, and Prizm.
Where autographed cards or authenticated memorabilia are included, authentication details will be noted. We do not knowingly stock counterfeit or altered cards.
5. Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in GBP (£) during live shows on WhatNot. Prices may vary by repack tier and show. Payment is processed securely through WhatNot's platform — we do not collect or store payment information directly.
Legion Repacks reserves the right to adjust pricing at any time. Any price displayed at the time of purchase is the price that applies to that transaction.
6. Shipping & Delivery
All cards are shipped following the conclusion of each live show. We aim to dispatch within [X] business days of show completion. All shipments include tracking.
- Cards are securely packaged in protective sleeves, top loaders, and appropriate outer packaging.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout on WhatNot.
- International shipping may be subject to additional customs duties — the buyer is responsible for any import fees.
- We are not liable for delays caused by postal or courier services once items have been dispatched.
- In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date.

8. Show Conduct
Legion Repacks operates on WhatNot under the community standards set by WhatNot. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who engages in abusive, threatening, or disruptive behaviour during our live shows.
Repack reveals are conducted honestly and in full view of the live audience. All packs shown are genuine — there is no pre-selection of packs based on individual buyers.
9. Limitation of Liability
Legion Repacks' liability in connection with any purchase shall not exceed the value paid for that purchase. We are not responsible for any indirect, consequential, or speculative losses arising from any purchase.
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
10. Intellectual Property
All branding, logos, and content associated with Legion Repacks are our intellectual property. Trading card images and marks associated with specific card manufacturers remain the property of their respective owners.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected during purchases (name, address, contact details) is used solely to fulfil your order and communicate with you regarding that order. We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties beyond what is required to process and deliver your purchase. Data is processed in accordance with applicable data protection law.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
